Brass Cap Development, an industrial investment company operating in the Western U.S., is looking to capitalize on the valley’s up and coming Stadium District, centralized around the Allegiant Stadium, with a brand-new project.The new project, called Brass Diablo, is a roughly 22,000-square-foot industrial space at the southwest corner of Diablo Drive and Edmond Street able to accommodate up to two tenants.On Monday, Brass Cap announced that construction had begun at the site, which is formerly known as Diablo Triangle.
